Hello Ms. Gilmer!
My name is Erin Conway, and I serve as the event coordinator for a nonprofit organization in Harrisonburg called The Making Space. We provide free open art studio events for adults in the Harrisonburg community on the second Thursday of each month at the Lucy Simms Center. Our goal is to create a space for the community to have access to artmaking together.
At each event we have a volunteer demonstrating artist who picks a process/technique that they love and shares their skills with the participants in the form of short demonstrations. Our events are drop-in, and participants choose to try what the demonstrating artist is showing or work on art they have brought along. We usually have around 25 people attend throughout the course of an evening.
I am currently looking for artists for our 2020 events, and I am wondering if this is something that might interest you! I am happy to provide more details and answer any questions you may have.
Greetings , I’m William Scott from MA (USA). I am Interested in getting a piece of your artwork to spark up my wedding anniversary. I want to give my wife a wonderful anniversary gift, something different from the regular presents. I have gone through your works and I think your amazing gorgeous artwork speak for themselves i must tell you are doing a great job. Please don’t hesitate to show me a better art that suits the anniversary, mostly available for immediate Sale . Regards , Will
I’m sorry for the delay William. I hope I am not too late for your anniversary. Please send me an email to the link on my contact page and we can arrange a time to talk by phone.
Afternoon Cynthia,
Jill and I have just looked through your website. You have been busy over the years with your art! It was great to see the themes you like exploring. Watercolour is such a challenging medium to work with. I envy you your talent. Regards Roger.
